GG Unique Fiber is a Norway-based company that produces and sells traditionally baked, Scandinavian bran crispbreads and crackers. Back in 1935, Gunder Gundersen created and produced first the original recipe of a fiber-rich cracker that would deal with his digestive health concerns. Over the years, the crispbread line expanded with new delicious flavors, which quickly gained reputation and credibility thanks to the innumerable endorsements by doctors, dieticians, and athletes. All products are low in calories and full of fiber, while providing minimal quantities of net carbs per serving. GG products are available in Canada, Denmark, the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Greece.

Greek consumers are increasingly adding GG crispbreads in their diet thanks to their high fiber content (47%), which according to the European Food Authority maintain the digestive system healthy. Fotoni plans to invest in educating Greek consumers on the benefits of GG products and just launched a new 25% fiber GG product with raisins and honey .
